43 · REMEMBRANCE ET 32e AVENUE (Lachine)
The Petro-Canada gas station, at the corner of Remembrance and 32e Avenue, just south of the Galeries Lachine shopping centre parking lot.
Quick transport is available by bus to and from the city of Montreal via the Place Saint-Henri (bus 191) or Angrignon (bus 195) metro stations.

44 · NICOLET ET HOCHELAGA (Joliette metro station)
The NDA community sports centre parking lot located at 2570 Nicolet Street. The station is located just north of Hochelaga, close to the cégep Maisonneuve.

45 · EVELYN (de l’Église metro station)
The Verdun municipal parking lot on Evelyn Street, opposite 4066 Evelyn, near the corner of de l’Église.
KEY BOX: Attached to the lamppost at the edge of the sidewalk, at the parking lot entrance.

47 · PEEL ET Dr PENFIELD * (Peel metro station)
Indoor parking lot located on the west side of Peel Street, just south of Dr Penfield Avenue (behind 1100 Dr Penfield).
TO ENTER THE GARAGE: After business hours (when there’s no attendant in the cabin), enter the garage from the pedestrians’ entrance, which is just right of the garage door. To unlock the pedestrians’ door, please use the electronic key provided with the car key. The switch is just left of the door. To enter into the garage with the car, swipe the electronic key in front of the switch located beside the attendant’s cabin.
TO EXIT THE GARAGE: To exit while in the car, pull on the chain you’ll find on the driver’s side (no need to get out of the car, the rope is easily accessible through the car window). The garage door closes back down automatically.
KEY BOX: Attached to the outside wall opposite the cabin, on your right as you enter the parking lot.
NOTE: You may park the car in any space in the lot.
– Never give your car key to the parking lot attendants, even if they ask for it. They already have a key for each of our vehicles. In case of any disagreement, please contact Communauto (you can use the phone inside the attendant’s cabin to do so).
– Please note that you must park the car in the middle of the parking space to allow the other vehicles to park properly. Following this rule is essential. Repeated violations of this rule might force us to close the parking station.

Indoor parking located opposite 231 Saint-Jacques Street, just east of Saint-Jean, at a stone’s throw from the Centre de commerce mondial. If you get there by metro, exit in that direction.
TO ENTER THE GARAGE: Go in through the pedestrians’ entrance located beside 220 Saint-Jacques Street, then take the elevator down to the 2nd basement. You will find the car in lot #63.
TO EXIT THE GARAGE: Use the magnetic card in the glove box to activate the gate. In the case of a problem with the magnetic card, press the intercom button and indicate to the person who responds that you are using a Communauto vehicle.

Once inside, go through the door on your right, marked “SORTIE”, then down the backstairs into the garage. Our cars are parked within spaces # 20, 21 and 22. The glove box contains the key that will enable you to activate the garage door.
TO RIDE IN OR OUT OF THE GARAGE: Please respect the signs and pay close attention to the instructions that have been placed in the car.
KEY BOX: In the hall at 3524 Hutchison, on the left side of the door that leads into the building.

At 1871 Rosemont Boulevard, behind the Saint-Jean-Berchmans parish presbytery. Both of the entrances that lead into the parking lot are located on the east side of Cartier Street, just north of Rosemont. Use the small key next to the car key to unlock the padlock from the chain that blocks the parking lot entrance. Don’t forget to lock the padlock afterwards to avoid the $20.00 fine.
KEY BOX: Attached to the black post on the left side (the presbytery side) of the entrance. The key box faces the parking lot.
NOTE: 1. This station is comprised of two sections – one on the school side and one on the presbytery side of the parking lot. Communauto has parking spaces within each section. The entrance that leads to the school-side parking space is located less than three metres north of the entrance to the presbytery-side parking space.

Parking garage located at 1530 Dr. Penfield Avenue, just west of the intersection with Simpson Street. Our cars are parked in spaces 11 and 12.
TO ENTER AND EXIT THE GARAGE: To open the garage door, press and hold the green button on the remote attached to the same key ring as the car key. The door will close behind you automatically.
IN WINTER: If the slope looks too slippery for you to walk down to the garage door, use the main entrance at 1530 Dr Penfield. If the security guard is there, he will open the door for you once you’ve identified yourself as a Communauto user.
KEY BOX: Attached to the brick wall on your right as you walk toward the parking garage, alongside the convenience store.

Due to « construction » at this site, please be advised that the vehicles of this station will now be parked in the lot adjacent to the building found at the intersection of St-Antoine and St-Hubert streets.
KEY BOX : The keybox has also been displaced. It can now be found on the lamppost at the far end of the parking lot, on the side of St-Christophe street.

62 · 4e AVENUE ET WELLINGTON (Verdun metro station)
Behind the sores that line the North side of Wellington Street, between 3rd and 4th Avenue. Parking is alongside the Roger-Séguin municipal park.

Outside parking behind the Port-de-Mer apartment building that faces the metro station on Charles-Lemoyne Street. To access the parking lot located opposite 1110 d’Assigny, simply go around the right side of the building.
You can also access the parking lot from inside the metro station by taking the walkway that takes you across the street to the Port-de-Mer apartment building, then follow the directions for the outside parking. The doors are left unlocked at all times (which is great in the winter time).
KEY BOX: Fixed on one of the small yellow posts, close to the parking lots’ booth.

Parking lot located outside the exit of the Longueuil Metro station, on the side of the bus terminal, just beyond the unloading area and the taxis’ waiting area. The spaces reserved for Communauto are located in the part of the lot which is reserved for short term (« court terme ») parking, near the exit.
KEY BOX: Attached to the post of the ticket machine, which is located behind the spaces reserved for Communauto. To access Communauto's parking spaces by foot, use the exit of the metro station which leads to the bus terminal road and head toward St-Charles Street by turning left as you exit the station. If you are in a car, use La Fayette Boulevard and follow the directions toward the new drop-off/pick-up zone (“débarcadère”) and the "short term" ("Courte durée") parking lot.
NOTE:

Parking lot of the Concordia University building located behind the houses on Belmore Avenue, between De Terrebonne Street and Sherbrooke Street West. To get there on foot, use one of the pedestrian entrances to the Loyola campus, on either Sherbrooke or De Terrebonne. The spaces reserved for Communauto are next to the pay-and-display machine.

Parking garage located right next to 7172 Berri Street, north of Jean-Talon, near the exit of the Jean-Talon metro station. To enter the garage on foot, wave the electronic key fob, which is on the same key ring as the car key, in front of the reading device next to the pedestrian entrance. The stairs will lead you to the garage. When exiting the garage, use the remote control in the glove box to operate the garage door.
