Indoor parking lot located on the west side of Peel Street, just south of Dr Penfield Avenue (behind 1100 Dr Penfield Avenue).
TO ENTER THE GARAGE BY FOOT: Outside of opening hours (when the attendant is no longer in the hut), you can access the garage through the pedestrian entrance which is to the right of the garage door. To unlock the pedestrian door, use the electronic key attached to the vehicle's keychain; the reader is to the left on this door. TO EXIT THE GARAGE BY CAR: Pull on the chain on the driver side of the vehicle (you do not have to get out of the vehicle, simply open the window). The garage door will close automatically. TO ENTER THE GARAGE BY CAR: Pass the electronic key in front of the reader, which is next to the attendant's hut, to activate the barrier from a distance.
KEY BOX: Attached to the outside wall opposite the cabin, on your right
as you enter the parking lot.
NOTE: You may park the car in any space in the lot.
– Never give your car key to the parking lot attendants, even if they
ask for it. They already have a key for each of our vehicles. In case
of any disagreement, please contact Communauto (you can use the phone
inside the attendant’s cabin to do so).
– Please note that you must park the car in the middle of the parking space to allow the other vehicles to park properly. Following this rule is essential. Repeated violations of this rule might force us to close the parking station.

If you get there by metro, exit in that direction.
TO ENTER THE GARAGE: Go in through the pedestrians’ entrance located
beside 220 Saint-Jacques Street, then take the elevator down to the 2nd
basement. You will find the car in lot #63.
TO EXIT THE GARAGE: Use the magnetic card in the glove box to activate
the gate. In the case of a problem with the magnetic card, press the intercom button and indicate to the person who responds that you are using a Communauto vehicle.

Along with the car key (on the same key ring), you will find a second
key that will enable you to unlock the building door. Once inside, go
through the door on your right, marked “SORTIE”, then down
the backstairs into the garage. Our cars are parked within spaces # 20,
21 and 22. The glove box contains the key that will enable you to activate
the garage door.
TO RIDE IN OR OUT OF THE GARAGE: Please respect the signs and pay close
attention to the instructions that have been placed in the car.
KEY BOX: In the hall at 3524 Hutchison, on the left side of the door that
leads into the building.

· CARTIER ET ROSEMONT
At 1871 Rosemont Boulevard, behind the Saint-Jean-Berchmans parish presbytery.
Both of the entrances that lead into the parking lot are located on the
east side of Cartier Street, just north of Rosemont. Use the small key
next to the car key to unlock the padlock from the chain that blocks the
parking lot entrance. Don’t forget to lock the padlock afterwards
to avoid the $20.00 fine.
KEY BOX: Attached to the black post on the left side (the presbytery side)
of the entrance. The key box faces the parking lot.
NOTE: 1. This station is comprised of two sections – one on the
school side and one on the presbytery side of the parking lot. Communauto
has parking spaces within each section. The entrance that leads to the
school-side parking space is located less than three metres north of the
entrance to the presbytery-side parking space.
NOTE 2. The cars assigned to this station must be parked within the space
indicated on the car’s sun visor. Failure to conform to this rule

Parking garage located at 1530 Dr. Penfield Avenue, just west of the intersection with Simpson Street. Our cars are parked in spaces 11 and 12.
TO ENTER AND EXIT THE GARAGE: To open the garage door, press and hold the green button on the remote attached to the same key ring as the car key. The door will close behind you automatically.
IN WINTER: If the slope looks too slippery for you to walk down to the garage door, use the main entrance at 1530 Dr Penfield. If the security guard is there, he will open the door for you once you’ve identified yourself as a Communauto user.
KEY BOX: Attached to the brick wall on your right as you walk toward the parking garage, alongside the convenience store.

building.You can also access the parking lot from inside the metro station by taking
the walkway that takes you across the street to the Port-de-Mer apartment
building, then follow the directions for the outside parking. The doors
are left unlocked at all times. To enter or exit the parking lot, use the magnetic card found in the glove box to activate the gate.
KEY BOX: Fixed on one of the small yellow posts, close to the parking lots’ booth.

of the lot which is reserved for short term (« Courte durée ») parking, near the exit of the parking lot and the traffic lights. To access Communauto's parking spaces by metro, take the exit that leads to the bus terminal road and head toward Saint-Charles
Street West by turning left as you exit the station. If you are in a car, use
La Fayette Boulevard and follow the directions toward the drop-off/pick-up
zone (“débarcadère”) and the "short term"
("Courte durée") parking lot.

In order to offer the best service possible, the vehicle at this station must be parked, at all times for the entire winter season, at the alternative parking space. This alternative parking space is located right next to 4598, rue Henri-Julien, at the corner of Gilford, opposite the Communauto station. The key for the vehicle will still be placed in the key box at the usual station. A magnetic key has been placed in the vehicle’s glove compartment. To access the parking lot by car, use the magnetic key. To exit the parking lot, approach the hut and the gate will open automatically.

To access the parking by foot, go through the entrance of the Hyatt Hotel, located at 1255 Jeanne-Mance Street, continue to the back of the hotel, behind the hotel's valet stand, and through the doors to access the "Jeanne-Mance" elevators of the Desjardins Complex. Take the elevator down to P1 to get into the parking lot. When you exit the elevator, walk towards the right, the spaces assigned to Communauto face the back wall and are identified with signs.
TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE PARKING BY CAR: Make sure that the gate is completely down before approaching the vehicle, the gate will open automatically. 325 · Berri et Ontario (Électrique) Métro Berri-UQÀM
ATTENTION: Electric vehicles are available at this station. In order to reserve these vehicles, you must complete the online “electric vehicle training” available on the Reservauto homepage. For the moment, reservation restrictions are applied: one day reservations only (between 7h00 am and 11h00 pm) and for distances of 70 km or less.
Interior parking lot of Montreal’s central bus station. To access the parking by foot, use the entrance at 1733 Berri Street and take the elevator down to level P1. Once at P1, exit the elevator room and turn all the way to the left, retracing your steps. The spaces assigned to Communauto are right next to the green column marked A11.
TO ENTER AND EXIT THE PARKING BY CAR: take the car entrance located at St-Hubert Street. Use the magnetic card which is in the glove box and swipe it in front of the yellow reader to activate the gate. The spaces assigned to Communauto are at level P1, between the green columns marked A11 and B11, near the elevators of Berri Street.
KEYBOX:Mounted on the yellow wall, right next to the spaces reserved for disabled persons, in front of the green column marked A11.
