Imagine that it was you who had revealed the genius of Bach or Haendel to the world... That's exactly what we propose you do by helping us support Geneviève Soly and Les Idées heureuses in their work promoting the music of Christoph Graupner, an unknown genius composer, deceased for 250 years.

Geneviève Soly is one of many musicians, performers and musicologists who have been primarily responsible for supporting the rediscovery of the work of Christoph Graupner. It is thanks to her, among others, that this important body of work of harpsichord music has been unearthed. Since January of 2001, Geneviève has devoted herself, with a distinct passion and enthusiasm all her own, to the music of this German composer. She is one of the first musicians to play the compositions of Graupner since his death in 1760.

The rediscovery of the important body of musical work created by this musician demonstrates that there are many ways to change the world. We are counting on you to spread the good news to friends and family. We have no doubt that the news of Graupner will be music to their ears!
