How to join
In order to be admissible to use our service you must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid Québec Drivers Licence, minimum class 5, at the exception that your admission for eligibility is to become a co-member within a family membership. Equally, you must have a good credit history. To get more information on the subject, we invite you to consult the section on admission requirements of our FAQ/Questions and Answers page.
There is nothing simpler than joining online! Once you have obtained all required documents, let us be your guide through our new on-line subscription module. Our online subscription allows you to subscribe to the A, B, C and Le Lièvre packages as well as to DUO auto+bus for OPUS+ from the AMT. Other DUO auto+bus subscriptions require an in-person application at one of our offices. Our online subscription is currently only available in French, but an English version will be coming in the future. Time required to subscribe online: 30 min. Once we have obtained the required documents, we will confirm your inscription during the following week. If your submission has been accepted, you will receive your membership card and keys via priority mail.
Once an appointment has been made, the admission is taken place at one of our offices. Please contact our customer service department to make an appointment; The meeting takes approximately 1 hour. Please do not forget all required documents.
